1) Software Developer Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop software (web application) running base on Linux or UNIX operating system.
• Requirements definition for small-medium sized enhancements, design, development, testing and implementation.
• Gains necessary input/approval of requirements and design and participates in code reviews and may perform code review for others.
• Ensures applications meet requirements and has few bugs.
• Develops system and user documentation.
• Researches solutions, develops alternatives and make recommendations.
• Supports the operations of existing applications.
• Adheres to a production support process.
• Works on periodic maintenance releases of applications, including enhancements and defects.
• May identify design improvements.
• Involves users in the development/maintenance of applications (e.g., requirements, testing).
• Understands how users use their applications.
• Creates documentation to aid in others’ learning.
• Resolves issues or escalates to Manager, if necessary.
• Identifies opportunities to improve existing conditions and processes & implements solutions.
• Creative in problem solving.

Job Requirements

• New graduate to 3 years of work experience are welcome.
• Nice to Have’s: Experience in Software development on production Linux environments.
• Experience working with open source Infrastructure technology:
  – Docker, web server (Apache, Nginx), Database (Posgresql, Mysql), DNS, Proxy server.
• Strong in Python, Django, JavaScript(React), Shell Script, REST API.
• Experience with multiple Client-side technology: (HTML, CSS, AJAX ).
• Good Knowledge of Mail Messaging Topology and Network security.
• Comfortable working in open source communities and interacting across mailing lists, IRC and other distributed communications systems.
• Comfortable working in a Unix environment.
• Experience with code review systems (GIT)

2)  System Engineer Roles & Responsibilities

• To be a member of team to deliver the Solution to Support/Improve System and network Security on customer Infrastructures.
• Support Developer team to provide solution and Implement Mail Corroboration Service (EasyApp Mail Server Collaboration).
• Identifies opportunities to improve existing conditions and processes & implements solutions.
• Provide recommendations, suggestion and action in order to Fixed/Deliver service on time.
• Identify root cause analysis of incident and troubleshoot any reported problems and also resolve problems in a timely manner as required by Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Manage and follow up Task/Activity progress and resources to ensure all Task/Activity are delivered on time.
• Gather and analyze user’s requirements, development as in-house and also control the software quality from vendors according to the requested specification.

Typical daily tasks include

• Design/Implement/Support on Enterprise Solution: System and network Security (Next Gent Firewall (NGFW), Ransomeware/Exploit prevention, Data Encryption), EasyApp Mail Server Collaboration, CMS, and NGFW.
• Linux UNIX operating system/application development.
• Requirements definition for small-medium sized enhancements, design, development, testing, implementation, support.
• Supports operations of in-house web applications product (EasyApp Mail Server Collaboration)
• Solution design to improve existing services and may perform solution review and present to the customer.

Essential skills and experience

• Windows and any Unix operating systems ex: Ubuntu, Red Hat or Centos.
• Strong knowledge on Mail Messaging Topology and System&Network Security.
• Networking service: DNS, Webserver, VPN, firewalls, proxies.
• Bash script/shell scripting/power shell script.

Job Requirements

• Experience working and strong in networking knowledge.
• Good Knowledge of Mail Messaging Server Topology and system network security.
• Comfortable working in open source communities and interacting across mailing lists, IRC, CRM and other distributed communications systems.
